READ ME FIRST BEFORE JOINING MY QURAN TUTOR

The agreement you will be going to see in the below section is created with a point to enhance the interest of both Teachers and students who tend to teach and learn on this platform.

Covering each and everything as per the rules of MyQuranTutor in this agreement will also help us to keep the quality education on our website.

Moreover, the overall impact of this agreement will be monitored throughout the life cycle of MyQuranTutor in terms of unintended outcomes.

It helps us to provide straightforward information about the rules and regulations we want throughout the learning process.

1. This Agreement will be known as the Teaching staff agreement.

• I have to admit that I will not be going to ask other students about their personal information.
• I will not misguide any of the students of the Company.
• I will not work quietly in another company, nor will I work privately.
• I will not teach any of the company students privately.
• I will always obey my time and start my classes at the given time.
• Before leaving the Company, I will inform the authorities one month before. And I will swap the class schedule to another teacher.
• After resignation, I will teach for one month in the Company.
• If the Company would face any loss on my behalf, I will be responsible for that. And, the Company has every right to take any action in this case.
• I will not use mobile during class, nor will I sleep or do other work.
• Keeping the needs of the Company in my mind, I will follow the new rules and regulations set by the Company.
• During duty, I should avoid talking about any religious or political discussions or debates.
• I will never misuse anything or facility given by the Company.
• In case of any damage from my side, the Company has the authority to use my security cheque, and can also take strict action on it.
• I will get my security cheque, after three months from the day I resign.
• I should know that the salary progression is not automatic. So, it would be demonstrated with the achievements as per the priorities and fulfillment of criteria.
• I should know that the number of employees working here will progress for more salary scales based on their performance and development assessments.
• I must need to provide extra positive Islamic activities that would give an additional way of knowledge to the students.
• I must need to provide the teaching services required by the Company, and would also co-operate better with the staff.
• I should be well enough to maintain the currency of updated Islamic teaching knowledge so that I would provide well to the diverse nature of students.
• I should agree with the fact that I would not recommend any of the learning resources such as Islamic books or other materials without the permission or guidance of the Company.
• I should regularly make informational conversations with students to review their progress in the course.
• I should evaluate the student’s work, as described in the Company’s learning contract.
• I should intimately involve the student requirements, which will help them to develop the unit of their study.
• I should be experienced enough to motivate the student throughout the learning period, as they have chosen one of the right education “Quran and Islam,” in the current time.
• I should create a formal way of structure learning processes or activities, as well as the evaluation of learning goals because it will help the students to minimize the poor communicated expectations and misunderstanding.
• However, Five days considered as working days in the entire week. Still, Saturday will also be counted as a working day.
• I will complete the 30 minutes duration of the class.
• If a teacher is not present in the class timing but you are available, then you have to deliver the backup class.
• If I will not follow any of the above instructions, the company has the authority to dismiss me from the job.
• If the teacher is terminated from the job without any reason, the company will pay him/her one-month extra salary.

2. The Objectives of this Agreement are to facilitate:

• The students will get a spacious environment, where they will get to learn about the real Quran related skills, and the highest quality teaching and learning experience.
• The implementation of teaching strategies by the management will help to attain various benefits from the Company.
• We assure you to provide you with the right and flexible requirements in the Agreement, to deliver you a proper and improved Quranic and Islamic education outcomes.
  3. Length of Agreement:
• Depending on the teacher’s performance, the Company will call a meeting with the administration to offer the renewal of the contract to the teacher.
• If the teacher doesn’t want to continue after the contract expired, he/she need to provide written notice before the renewal of the contract. 
  4. This Agreement is based on Student Responsibilities:
• Being a student, I should be known enough to write a learning contract about what I want to learn and how I can plan to learn it.
• I should contact the advising Instructor immediately about the assistance such as resources, Motivations, Problems, and feedbacks.
• I should contact the Instructor regularly to discuss the guiding materials and progress.
• I must need to contact the Company and tells them about the entire day schedule. In this way, the Company would provide the ideal class timings that will help me to learn quickly.
• I will attend at least 90% of the class sessions before the whole duration of the course.
• I must need to contribute at least one comment in every class discussion.
• I am responsible for reading all of the assignments that I will get from the Instructor.
• I am responsible for giving proper time to the notes and assignments the Instructor assigns me.
• I must need to communicate with other class fellows and share a positive discussion about the course projects.
• Whether it’s a short or long term assignment, I am responsible for doing it correctly.
• I will not misbehave with students or my Instructor.
• I will always show commitment in my course duration, and I will never give up.
• I will not share any personal information with my teacher. If I did, so I will be responsible for it.

End of Agreement:

If I will not follow any of the above instructions, the company has the authority to dismiss me from the job. If the teacher is terminated from the job without any reason, the company will pay him/her one-month extra salary.

Acceptance of Agreement:

I have read and understood all of the conditions well, and I signature it while accepting everything.
